Ten on Tuesday (on Thursday)

So, this was supposed to be a Tuesday post, but I just did

not have time! I off work today so here goes...

Who makes your Thanksgiving dinner?

As long as I can remember, we have had the same

Thanksgiving meal in my sweet family. For years, my Memom was in charge of this delicious

cooking and we all looked forward to year round. No one else was even allowed in the

kitchen while she was cooking except my Papa or daddy to

carve the turkey! Now, my mama has taken over this job!

She has been doing it and doing it well for the last 8 years

or so! And... we ALL still look forward to her delicious

Thanksgiver dinner! Especially her dressing!

What is your favorite

recipe that includes pumpkin?

I love lots of things with pumpkin... pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie. One of my favorite easy fall recipes is for pumpkin dip! It is soooo easy and sooooo good.

Pumpkin Pie Dip
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can pumpkin, 14 or 15 ounce
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, OR 1 teaspoon cinnamon plus 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ginger

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add pumpkin and spices. ENJOY!!!!

What are 5 things you want for Christmas?

Honestly, I haven't even thought about what I want for Christmas this year! I want a new DY bracelet and some things for my new house!!!

Does your family draw names or do you buy for everyone?

We buy for everyone in my family! I love the holidays and I am so excited that they are quickly approaching!

How do you feel about motorcycles?

I am NOT a fan of motorcycles! I think they are too dangerous! I am terrified to ride on them!

What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy Saturday?

It is rare that I do not have something to do on a Saturday! But, if I have a free Saturday and it's rainy, I LOVE to curl up on the couch with a blanket, a magazine and the remote control! A true, lazy day!

What is the coolest thing to do in your city?

I live in Memphis. Although I often complain that there isn't much to do, there really is a lot of culture and soul in our city! Whether you are hanging out downtown, listening to blues, touring Graceland, or going to the casinos, there is lots of fun things to do!

Do you paint your fingernails?

I am so ADD that I can't paint my own nails! But I do like to get my nails done every once and awhile.

Who is your favorite actor over the age of 50?
My favorite actor over 50 would have to be either Tom Hanks or Harrison Ford! They are both so classic!

Do you have a high school letter jacket?

Nope!!!
